The Setup
Hornet is captured and taken from Hallownest to a strange new land called Pharloom, a kingdom built into towering peaks and buried deep in old, forgotten rituals. She wakes up far from home, stripped of her freedom, and is quickly told of a mysterious ringing bell that echoes from the mountain’s peak — one said to summon a great and terrible power.

Pharloom is unlike Hallownest — it’s a land shaped by silk-weaving, worship, and a rigid hierarchy of citizens, pilgrims, and hunters. As Hornet climbs higher through the kingdom, she uncovers a civilization in decline, haunted by old gods, broken bloodlines, and a prophecy tied to her own past.
Hornet’s Journey
Driven equally by the need to escape and a growing curiosity about her own origins, Hornet fights her way through hostile creatures, secretive factions, and powerful bosses guarding the mountain’s secrets. Along the way, she meets allies and enemies who each hold a piece of Pharloom’s buried history — and her own.

How to install
Once game is done downloading, Extract (Unzip) “********.tar.xz”:
tar xJvf Hollow-Knight-Silksong.tar.xzThen right click the ./start.sh, select “Properties”, go to the “Permissions” tab, mark the file as executable. Then just treat it more or less like one of those Setup.exe’s on Windows. Double-click it to run it.
